A. You not asked this question with clean hands.
You not told that you were in which state that the neighbour was forced and had to ask her son to bring mobile to click photo as evidence.

If you were in decent dress then there was no reason to click photo and you can make police complaint.
But If you were in objectionable state than your privacy will be violated by police as well.

A. Hi,
You should hire a legal representative to respond to the notice since they will be able to guide you better than anybody else. However, if the man dies intestate, his estate will be divided equally among all class 1 heirs, regardless of the amount already paid to any of them.

A. Hi,
You can seek the legal provision of nuisance in this circumstance. You can also make a police complaint stating the fact that there is apprehension of criminal conduct or abuse. There are many organisations that work for the youth making them free from alcohol. Research on these and you can help your neighbor by telling them about these organisations.

Is it possible to make a property document(in case a family is inhabiting in a family property for more than 20yrs) still there is another owner for the property(the real owner is deceased)

A. Hi,
You can claim the adverse possession in the property. The Supreme court referred to the "doctrine of adverse possession", under which a person who is not the original owner becomes the owner because of the fact that he has been in possession of the property for a minimum of 12-years, within which the real owner did not seek legal recourse to oust him.
