The lower Court may take 2-3 years to deliver judgement and then the first appellate court take another 2 years time and 2nd appellate court that is High Court may take another two years time to give its judgements.

A. You have to file a defamation suit before the learned court of district judge in your local jurisdiction against the said company.. you need to send a legal notice to the company through an advocate in a proper legal way for which you need to consult an advocate with all the relevant documents.
