MONEY RECOVERY FROM A DECEASED MONEY RECOVERY FROM A DECEASED

Hello,

I gave a personal loan to a person on an interest through a verbal reference of one of my acquntance.

I have a promissory note/ loan agreement on a stamp paper with his and his son's signature on it.

This person paid me the interest for certain period of time and then stopped paying it. Now, whenever I call on his mobile number, no one answers the phone call.

Moreover, the person has vacated his office place and even changed his residence whose new address is not known to anyone.

I have even heard that the CONCERNED PERSON HAS DECEASED because of his illness.

PS:-- As a proof, i have a promissory note/ loan agreement on a stamp paper with his and his son's signature on it along with his blank cheques.

Kindly, advice me the best possible way to recover my interest amount along with my principal amount.

Looking forward for a prompt reply.

Regards

Anik
