Desertion is a ground for divorce. The decree granted under the Hindu Marriage Act allows for divorce on the ground of one of the spouses has deserted the other for a continuous period of two years before the filing of the petition. You have to prove that the desertion does not has happened and it was as per the will of your husband, you stayed with your parents. Please contact a lawyer for further advice.

As per the information you stated above, you have to work for 1.5 years starting from May 1st, 2020. If you resign before the completion of the said period, you have to pay the bond amount as stated in the agreement. The Supreme Court Judgement that you are referring to states that a plea of partition for the purpose of Section 6(5) of the Hindu Succession Act based on the oral evidence it cannot be accepted alone.
