A. Hi,
It's against the law to start a construction project or just enter another person's land without their consent. Trespassing is a legal word that refers to entering someone else's property without their consent. You can seek criminal or civil remedies, such as an injunction or IPC section 411.
Thank you very much.

A. Hello Sir
1. You have all rights to file a suit against your neighbours for compensation. But it would difficult to get as you helped voluntarily hut you could still ask for the medical expenses. You could initiate with filing a suit in the court. Also the amount of compensation would completely depends upon you, how much you claim.

A. Hi,
SBI or any bank has no right to make such demands. They have to get some documentation from him to grant the loan and if he gave it and meet all other requirements, he may get the loan. He and his mother acquire the right to his father's property after his death. Please find a lawyer for knowing more details

A. Hello,
Intestate Succession in the Event of a Male Death. If a man dies intestate, that is, without a will, his assets are dispersed according to the Hindu Succession Act, and the property is passed to the deceased's lawful heirs. In this situation, the length of time is determined by the value of the property and the number of legal encumbrances owed to the deceased person's legal heirs. If your stepmother transfers the funds in your name, you will receive a present.
Thank you very much.

A. Hi,
Under Article 21 of the Constitution, every person in India has a right to privacy, and if you believe that your neighbour has infringed on this basic right, you can seek legal redress through the courts. In this case, you can file a complaint under section 268 of the Criminal Code. You can also file a police report saying that there is a suspicion of criminal activity or abuse.
Thank you very much.
