icon Speedy proceedings of cases.

Sir /mam, My question is that, what can i do for speedy proceeding / hearing in civil cases in highcourt for senior citizens.

A. Hi,
The delhi high court has decided to expedite trial of cases where litigants are above the age of 65. in a circular issued on july 2, it has asked the subordinate court staff to compile cases where the litigants are senior citizens. the circular is a follow-up to a supreme court direction. But normally, civil cases take some time for judgment as it involves a lot of complications.

A. Hi,
You must have a valid divorce in order for your third marriage to be lawful. The Hindu Marriage Act of 1955 stipulates that the parties getting married must be single and have no living spouse from a prior marriage.

icon can someone put up Borewell outside his house?

A two storey building consists of 8 houses, they put up Borewell outside their building, which is a common path. is it legal? can we remove this borewell or claim for public Use? whom to complain abou

A. Hi,
It was determined that the side lands were also included in the public road. Trespassing on highways and dedicating a public path are both conceivable. The Indian Penal Code, section 462, was enacted in 1860. If a person is entrusted with property and tries to open that receptacle containing property with the aim to conduct damage or dishonesty, he is responsible under this clause.
Thank you very much.

my uncle , my mom , my grandfather having some ancestral property. do can i claim the some property from my grand father ? they made a partition some 8 years back. but i dint signed anything , though

A. Hi,
Because all sons are born with a claim to ancestral property, the father cannot transfer it to one son at the cost of the others. According to the Hindu Succession Act of 2005, daughters are now coparceners and have a right to the family property.

A. Hi,
The CLC's structure plays an important role in the enforcement of labor laws and regulations. The Central sphere covers railways, mines, banks, insurance, major ports, cantonment boards, ONGC, Indian Oil, BPCL, HPCL, and FCI, among other significant organizations. The Chief Commissioner's recommendations are suggestions, not directives. However, the authority must be considered.
Thank you.
