A. It should be your responsibility to check the institute before getting the admission.
However, you can send a legal notice to the College Authorities and if they do not comply you can file a suit in the designated court having jurisdiction.
In a worst case scenario you have an option to file a writ petition for the loss of studies due to falsified advertisement and misrepresentation of facts.
