It is a fraud company and you have to learn a lession and proceed in your career. They cannot recover any amount from you and they cannot lodge any complaint against you.

You may involve the cyber police authorities if you wish to. Moreover, work/employment between parties (i.e- employee and employer) must have some terms and contacts, if not, then it might be fraud. However, what you can do is save all the proofs and then you can move to cyber police just in case anything goes wrong.

The thing you can do is get a release deed from your brothers and father in your share ie total their share in the same in cents out.so they can release you the portion of their share. even if your brother approaches court he can claim only the agreed share
