Ignore them, they have no grounds to file a compliant or claim compensation from you. This sort of scam is often used to scare unsuspecting people into parting with their money.

A. Hi,
You can definitely sue the company under the provisions of Industrial Dispute Act or under the Payment of Wages Act. A suit can also be filed under the Indian Penal Code for committing fraud.
