A. Do not resign. Respond with a categorical no to forced resignation. However, in any case, you will loose your job and will have to look for a new one on re-opening but you can file a case for compensation and reinstatement against your employer.

As education was not sponsored by the organization, you are not liable for service. However, we need to look into the kind of bond you have entered.
You are liable to give notice period as per the employment agreement or pay remuneration in lieu thereof. The notice period is governed by the S&E act of every state and different from each other.
