A. Do you have the offer letter with you? if yes, then immediately consult a lawyer and send them a legal notice asking them to pay your due salary to them. You still can take stricter legal action but they would be time consuming.

A. whatever action the company intends to take has to be as per law. If threats are being given complaint can be lodges with the local police whether threats are coming online or otherwise. So far as salary and other conditions of service are concerned, both you as well as the employer are bound by the terms and conditions if any mentioned in your employment letter or any other document signed by you at the time of joining with the company.
