A. Hi,
You can move legally. You can claim for your share and if your brother claims the amount with mala fide intention, you can sue him for criminal breach of trust, cheating, and fraud. You can file a civil suit for getting your share.

Someone in my apartment wrote bad word on my wall.what action should I take?

A. Hi,
You may complain to the association in your apartment and take action against such a person. You can also check the cctv footage if any is available to figure out the person. However, there is no law regarding such an issue so legality around this is ambiguous.

A. Hi, you can file a criminal case claiming medical negligence only if you are sure that the doctor has been negligent or reckless in discharging the functions. It would be advisable to has a word with the dentist, he/she might be able to explain why they did that, and it could be a part of the procedure / medical necessity. Proceed with a criminal case only if you are convinced that the doctor was negligent. A consumer case of "deficiency of service" on part of the doctor may also be a good optio ...ReadMore

A. Hi,
A pending case would hamper your chances of getting a VISA since the case is still at the FIR stage. This means that the Police have the authority to clear you to be eligible for the VISA. This case may or may not get settled before that. However, if the case is aggressively pursued, then the chances of it getting settled is very high.

A. Hello Ma'am
Once you have attained the age of 18 you become a major for a minor. You have all legal rights to stay with your husband after that, and the court would easily allow you to live with your husband after that and your parents cannot longer control your life and make you stay at your home.

It would be advised to file a police complaint and if the college authorities nare denying then file a FIR in your personal capacity so that a proper investigation could be done and real culprit could be find. Until then the college authorities could not force you to pay for the CPU.

The court's decision to give life imprisonment in the parts stated above is a very harsh position. The highest courts will give you adequate justice depending on the seriousness of the matter. Yes it is a bailable offense.
