You seems to be in danger but you can come out of the danger situation by applying anticipatory bail through senior advocate practicing in High Court. Nobody is authorized to take law into his hands irrespective of any crime committed by other person. Anyway you may get bail on some stringent condition even though his father is MLA.

Nhi seller aap hai aap ko apni property ki boundary and uske status ka sahi gyan hai. Purchaser ko nhi hai.
Isliye aap ye nhi kah sakte hai ki aap ke dwara koi fault nhi kiya gya hai. Galti aap ki hai aap ko sale deed likhte time usko read karna chahiye tha.
