It is a civil nature of case. If you have sufficient documentary evidence then you can file money recovery suit or approach the local police and they may help you to recover such amount instantly.

You seems to be in danger but you can come out of the danger situation by applying anticipatory bail through senior advocate practicing in High Court. Nobody is authorized to take law into his hands irrespective of any crime committed by other person. Anyway you may get bail on some stringent condition even though his father is MLA.

You can lodge complaint against him but he must have attained and crossed 21 years of age without which you cannot marry him. The Police may warn him not to give trouble to you and if any further trouble is given FIR will be issued and he will arrested.

Ki purchaser ne sale deed me boundary galat likha di hai.
Nhi seller aap hai aap ko apni property ki boundary and uske status ka sahi gyan hai. Purchaser ko nhi hai.
Isliye aap ye nhi kah sakte hai ki aap ke dwara koi fault nhi kiya gya hai. Galti aap ki hai aap ko sale deed likhte time usko read karna chahiye tha.
But utni hi fault uska bhi hai jo property ko purchase kar raha tha ki documents me boundary sahi likhi hai ya nhi.
