someone filed a case on me in haryana, i am from tamilnadu how do i go that long for first appearance

A. what kind of question is this ?
who approved it.

If a case is filed then you have to fight the case.

to go to haryana from tamil nadu, you have to approach travel agents not lawyers.
travel agent will book bus or train or flight.

learn how to ask better and proper question.

A. Hello Sir/Ma'am
'No representation from petitioners counsel adjourned to next date' means that the matter has been postponed to next date as the lawyer or counsel of petitioner was not present on that certain day.

icon what to do if police station submit unfavorable report in 156(3) to court

Last year , I've filed private complaint petition under section 156(3) in JMFC court for registration of FIR against respondents for crpc 378,379 as police did not take any action on written complaint

A. hello
the court would be give you reasonable opportunity to you for filling objection against that report and for presenting your side. Also if you think that the police investigation was biased then you could ask for fresh investigation and changing the investigation officer.
Thanks

A. Dear Sir,
You seems to be in danger but you can come out of the danger situation by applying anticipatory bail through senior advocate practicing in High Court. Nobody is authorized to take law into his hands irrespective of any crime committed by other person. Anyway you may get bail on some stringent condition even though his father is MLA.
