sir,there are 14 cases are against me. which is 392 of ipc and i am 25 year old .& which i didn't do.i want to know how i can club all cases and how to defend all cases by myself?

A. Hi,
You can apply for free legal aid. Section 392 IPC is serious in nature and as it is a serious offense, you have to get proper legal advice from a lawyer. Whoever commits robbery shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

Pcc for going polland

A. Hi,
There should be no difficulty with you unless you have a criminal conviction against you. Drinking in public is considered a nuisance and is thus illegal. Also you can seek for a no-objection certificate from a magistrate in case you feel that might be an issue.

Under Section 482 of CrPC inherent power of the high court are given. Under this section you quash a criminal proceedings if no prima facie case was made out against the accused. Under this section you quash the First Information Report (FIR) as well. You could find lawyers through vidhikarya in your city who could file a appeal under section 482 of the CrPC in the High court.

These actions of police towards are completely not acceptable. You could initiate a complaint against such officers for bribing. It would be suggested to write a compliant against them to the senior officer like IG, DIG and magistrate as well. regarding you rape compliant tou write a direct letter to the District Magistrate.

It would be advised to file a police complaint and if the college authorities nare denying then file a FIR in your personal capacity so that a proper investigation could be done and real culprit could be find. Until then the college authorities could not force you to pay for the CPU.

You can file a police complaint. You can produce the said recording in the court as an evidence provided that the recording is not edited or manipulated by any means. You don't need to pay her again since you have paid already.

A. Hi,
Section 116 of the Indian Penal Code is what you're looking for. (a) A pays a bribe to B, a public worker, in exchange for B favoring A in the performance of B's official duties. The bribe is refused by B. This part punishes A, while the other section punishes abetment. There is a chance that you will face an obstacle if you have been convicted of the crime. During the stage of complaining, there would be no problem however, in the conviction stage it will be difficult.

A. Hello Sir
You could file a complaint against the accused in the police station. You could initiate it with filing an FIR. Just make sure while filing you don't file a complaint for the same offence or same cause of action for which the earlier complaint was made. Double complaints for the same offence could be easily quashed by the high court.

She has breached your privacy and it is an absolutely unlawful act done by your neighbour.
No police personal has the right to give such permission without your consent.
You may file a complaint against your neighbour immediately so that she can not raise anymore wrong allegations against you.
