A. you are really honest to provide real facts. it might be serious issue when your wife will file domestic violence complaint into court against you. in that case you with your entire family might be accused . even She can file 498A complaint. if she file cases against you then you have to fight case on merits. try to settle down matter with discussion with her and her family members .

A. kindly file restitution of conjugal right petition for save your marriage. as per divorce provision under hindu marriage Act you need to wait for 1 year completion for marriage for filing divorce petition. after 1 years of your marriage file petition of mutual consent divorce and mention in petition about the money or alimony as a settlement amount.

A. dear client you need file civil as well as criminal defamation complaint . if the cant put allegations of impotency in the petition than u cant raise the issue. also you can get a Colour Doppler test for better and strong evidence .
