A. Please file a case in the police for 498A of IPC immediately. A married man can not escape from his responsibility of maintenance of his wife and son. You may also call Mahila police station if any way you are not able to go to police station.

A. Email your condition to the District and sessions Judge of the concerned court and secondly file an application under section 125 crpc alond with Police complaint. Write a letter in your hand writing and send it to the Principal Judge of the family Court and describe your whole situation.
