Hi team,
Its been 4 years since me (indian) and my wife (NRI) living seperated. I always wanted us to live together. but i did not get job abroad so i stated back. now after 4 years she has send me a divorce notice (RCR) from her advocate. how to deal with this.

A.dear client restitution of conjugal right notice is not like divorce. its best option to give a chance by law for reestablish or restitute your breaking marriage life and relations.

A.Facts not clear. Can you be more specific about notice which you're referring to. Legal positions cannot be answered without complete facts, as the answer will differ from one facts to other facts. A divorce notice is the opposite of Restitution of Conjugal Rights (RCR) petition.

A.it is not a notice of RCR. Restitution of Conjugal Rights(RCR) ois a case to stay in the company of your spouse

A.Answered by Adv kavery Anand Bangalore. Sir RCR is not divorce notice...RCR ..( Restitution of Conjugal Rights..) it means.. Right to stay together... Pl contact me for more details.
