A. File domestic violence case against your husband and ask for maintenance. It is the obligation of the husband to provide maintenance to his wife she is housewife. Ask for direction to husband to furnish statement of his assets. Claim maintenance irrespective of your shareholding and deposit etc. Stress that you gave up job due to marriage and now you are only a housewife.

A. She need to get divorce from her first husband. It is better to go for mutual divorce if her husband is ready for that. But if her husband is not ready than sue has to file divorce on her on behalf

You can fila a complaint against your husband and mother in law in the concerned police station.and if the police is not registering any case consult an advocate and file private complaint before the concerned magistrate court.you can also approach concerned family court for restitution of conjugal rights by filing proper petitions.

A. By virtue of settlement with condition to file petition jointly for divorce by mutual consent it will save time.
The parties intending to dissolve marriage are required to wait for at least one year from the date of marriage. This is done in this case.
After six months of filing petition by mutual consent it will be heard.
