A.hi,
speak to your wife and sort out the matter. having a separate kitchen is not a big issue. if your wife is abusive in any way towards your parents your mother can file a domestic violence case aganist her.
need more information for further advice

A.Hi,
You can try talking to your wife and her parents. More information will be required if you want to pursue legally. What kind of harassment is happening and what kind of support are you seeking from your wife, that she is not complying to? Was there a reason for the separation?

A.Hi,
The best solution would be to talk to her and her parents first to sort it out. For legal advice you will have to give more information.
1. Was there any fight which led to this?
2. What kind of threats are you receiving?
3. Is she abusing you or your family or how is she not supporting your parents ?

she not filed any case on your or your parents.
you can send notice to her but it can backfire also.
so sit with relatives of both sides of family and try to settle.
Hope this clarifies,

A.Dear Sir,
It is nothing but creating domestic violence against your mother as such your mother can file a domestic violence case against her and her supporters mainly her parents.
