You may ask for maintenance as it is your legal right but granting the same would be depending upon your husband's earnings, properties and the judge's discretionary power. You may also ask for Alimony at the time of divorce from your husband.

Panchayat divorces and marriages are invalid in Hindu Marriage Act. Therefore, these documents will not suffice and you will have to go through an established procedure of law to get divorce.

A divorce case which was decreed ex parte can be reopened by the missing party as long as the case is reopened within one year of the original decision but many judges show allowances for longer delays as long as 3 years sometimes.
Yes, you can give reopening a try as it was decided ex-parte.
