obc ncl certificate challenge

Person's father is a business man but ITR is below 8 lac pa, but certainly earn more than that, Is there any way by which i can challege obc ncl certificate may be by Bank statement or any other way?

You can lodge a complaint for having such income certificate and also ITR showing false statement thus you can continue your litigation to cancel OBC NCL certificate.

Have completed 13 years of service in central PSU,what they will do if i abscond

Currently i was working in a central PSU,have completed 13 years of service,what they will do if i abscond from duty for 6 months,i may join after 6 months in same PSU

If you are working with PSU and suddenly abscond then they will send some showcause notices to your given address and permanent address. If they do not hear back from you then they will put your employment on hold for sometime and may be suspend you, depending on the organization internal rules.
Once you are back they will take you back but your seniority will be lost by those period when you were absent.

Family pension

My father had two wives. After the death of the father, the first wife was getting family pension, after a few days the first wife died. Now I want to know whether second wife can get family pension

A. According to the legislations, second widow will not have any claim for family pension as second marriage is null and void and she is not holding the status of legally wedded wife.

But in 2020, The Madras high court has observed that family pension cannot be denied to second wife of a pensioner, on the ground of invalid marriage particularly when there has been cohabitation between the two for a long period of time.

When you are working for a private organization then for any issues related to the employment you cannot go to the Labour court but have to knock the door of the civil court for justice. That's the law bit recently in one of the IT company's case in Pune the Labour Court has taken cognizance of the case and passed an order. That might be a reason why your lawyer went to the labour court.
Anyways you still have the option to move the civil court and can do so.
