Since they have not taken your consent before taking loan neither you are surety for the loan. You are not liable to pay the debts taken by your father . Recovery can be made from his estate which he may leave behind and which you inherit. Recovery from you can be effected if you stand surety for the repayment of the money borrowed by your father or in case you are a co borrower.

If the property is registered on your name, the father-in-law will not be entitled to it. Maintenance from your father-in-law can also be contended to take take of yourself and your children.

Since your father died intestate meaning without writing a will hence you all including your mother and sister become the legal heir to own your respective shares in the property and the assets.
What you should do is send a legal notice to them asking for the property to be partitioned.

You have to execute the same as per the provisions of RERA Act. Normally, it has to be executed through Deputy Commissioner who will send the file to the concerned Tahasildar for recovery of the said amount.
