As far as Ramulu is concerned, he don't have right to give his father's property to Manga unless until if it's ancestral and partitioned property.
Ramana can't claim it, unless if it's a self acquired property of her father in law and there is will regarding this in her favour.
Laxmi can't sell it without a legal valid title. Here it appears that she lack such title.

Euthanasia has not been legally recognized by indian law. No court will pass a decree in this matter in your favour. However, you can get a medical agreement done that after your death your organs must be donated to the needy.
