You can either file a complaint in the police station or a suit can be filed under section 324 of the Indian Penal Code if the torture turns violent and physically harms anybody. Thank You

You will have to earn enough money to move into your own place. Unmarried women can claim maintenance from their parents until they get married. The liability to maintain one's son ceases when they attain 18 years of age.

A. Although your maternal uncle is in Police there is no need to worry. You can file an NC/FIR with the help of a lawyer. Further if things wont work out you can also get his suspension order from services. This will be slightly expensive process. But surely you will get a relief.

Since, your birth certificate must be stating your name as 'Deb' instead of 'Dey', it is advisable for you to get an affidavit declaring that you changed your name from Deelip Kumar Deb to Deelip Kumar Dey before 10th std.

Do not distribute the money among your cousins.

Your grandmother must file a suit for declaration of title and have him evicted from the property after.
You can also file a complaint against him for criminal intimidation, cheating and fraud under Sections 415, 420, 503 and 506 IPC.
