A. Hi,
If she does not want to stay married to you, then the best option is an annulment. Her parents might have forced her to make such a statement, there is not much you can do in this situation.

A. Hi,
You cannot remarry until you get an annulment or divorce from your first spouse. If you wish to see her, you can file an application for restitution of conjugal rights.

A. Hi,
File for divorce on the grounds of cruelty under section 498A IPC. You can file a petition for interim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC to support yourself until the final award is decreed. We can help represent your case. Take whatever proof you have of his abuse to use as evidence in Court. Your children can serve as witnesses and testify on your behalf.

A. Hi,
The nominee will be the sole owner of the asset. Section 389 IPC makes it a punishable offence to extort others by filing fake cases against them. Ask your friend to approach the police station and making an affidavit regarding his sister's actions. This will allow him to obtain anticipatory bail later, if the need arises.

A. Dear Client,
As per your given information you said that you both were married to each other. Have you proof of your marriage (certificate & photos etc.)? If yes, then it's sufficient proof of your marriage. And yes it's important that if she is giving false statement before this Hon'ble court is being punishable offence.
Thanks
