A. Hello. You should first try putting forth the issues to the committee of the society or the secretary of the society. Even if that is of no avail, you can always file suit for injunction as you do have to right to peaceful possession and enjoyment of your residence and similarly right to sleep too.

In vijaywada, does house owners are allowed to collect rent on students even they returned to their homes during lockdown? (From April to June)

A. Payment of rents are postponed but not waived off. You being a young person must understand the situation and stand in the shoes of land owner and take decision thinking that he is your father and solely dependent upon the rents only.
