A. Dear Sir,
Instead of filing a case you may stay separately and file suit for permanent injunction restraining your parents from interfering into your private life. You cannot marry your girl friend as she has not crossed 18 years so also you have not crossed 21 years. However, you can live jointly and lead live-in-relationship till you both attain age of marriage.

A. Dear Sir,
RWA is representative of residents of Society as such normally a resolution has to be passed to allow the outsiders to particularly the media persons. But, if one or more than one residents of the Society aggrieved by the activities of RWA they can approach media and they can call the media persons inside the Society to record everything which is visible and RWA cannot resist.

A. You can marry the girl after attaining the legally marriageable age of 21. After turning 21, you can marry the girl out of choice with her consent. A. Hi,
You can't sue her for that. That is not an offense and if you had any losses, you can file for compensation but that is also subject to some conditions. Generally, this is not an offense.

You can file a police complaint. There are various statutes for the protection of senior citizens. If it is proven that he has been treating them badly, he will be prosecuted. You can approach the court.

A. A. Hello
You cannot be seperated legally until and unless you obtain a divorce decree from the court. Til then if you want to go for IVF you would be requiring your husband. That is you cannot remove your husband name till then. Still you could ask your lawyer to provide you with case no. Which you could provide with the IVF clinic to ahow that your divorce case is still going on.
