Nuisance by neighbour

A. Tie a dog on your boundary next to goat.
The Dog will take care of goat and problem.
You can complaint to BMC for illegal occupation of footpath so they will come and break the ramp.

A. Hi,
Clicking a photo of a woman without her permission is act of voyeurism and is punishable under section 354C of IPC with imprisonment. So if that person is caught with your pictures you can file an FIR.

Here, xyz also has an additional right to protection from cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment under S. 20 of the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.
