A. In case the lease amount is refundable and the condition is stipulated in the registered in Lease Agreement, you can proceed for its recovery through Court, otherwise, it may be difficult to recover it from the owner or lessor even through litigation.

As per the information you have mentioned , that is where people find the importance of rent agreement if you had the agreement you coud have get your money easily, not having a rent agreemnt gives landlord an advantage as well that you can not institute a suit in the court of law.
