A. Hi,
You can send a legal notice asking the tenant to pay the amount due and give him a week's time to reply. If no response is received, you can file a case against the tenant.

A. You have to contact the local Police station and an amicable settlement may be made with the police. If you like to take legal action through a competent court, you have to wait for a long time for getting any redressal from the court.

A. Dear you go to your hostel and ask for your belongings. And record the scene hiddenly from your mobile phone. If they still refuse, immediately call 100 number and complaint that they steal your personal belongings. Police definitely help you. If your hostel owner ask for rent in front of police tell them I m unable to pay rent right now. Don't worry rent matter is civil nature and your hostel owner doesn't have any right to forfeiture your belongings with following legal recourse
