A. Hi,
You need to get FSSAI Certificate, the documents which are required are; Authorized person address proof, Passport size photo, Business name and address, Fssai declaration form, Nature of business details.

A. Hi,
Usually there are no such restrictions, however, it would depend upon your job agreement with the company, it it specifically mentions that it cannot be done, you cannot a new business while being there in the company itself.

Wrongly challaned for driving licence
I was told to show my driving license by the police...but unfortunately i forgot licence at my home so i was not able to show him ..i asked for 20min so i could bring my license by calling my brother.

A. legal age of marriage for boy is 21.
legal age of many other things is 18.
so can not marry until he turn 21.
but how much major is girl ?

In an accident if an FIR is lodged then the person on whose name the vehicle has been registered will be booked. If the person driving was without license then the person driving as well as the person who gave the permission to drive is held liable..

A. 1.1) You can sell medicines in retail only if you have D. pharmacy i.e. DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY , selling of medicines in wholesale DOES NOT QUALIFY for selling in retail shop.
1.2) ONLY retailer can medicines online within the same City area
1.3) Yes, if you have retail license for selling medicines then you can also sell online within the same city.

1. A person employed in any pvt company cannot have a gas agency issued on his name.
As he has not resigned from his post in the pvt ltd company it is advised that
1. You either make him resign and carry on the work with the gas agency OR ELSE
2. Transfer the license issued against the name of your son to any other person who is a family member [not working in a private limited company]
