A. It is not very much confirmed if your father's second wife was staying with the first husband or no. Further, there is no confirmation that the son from the second wife is of your father or her previous husband as the legal DNA test has not been done. You will have to ascertain the facts based on the DNA reports whether he is the son from your father. Require more details regarding this case.

A. 100 rupees stamp paper might be only for making sale deed. Sale deed is made on many types of papers. It can be made on society/registrar papers.
but in registrar office, the sale deed is registered and at that time stamp duty and registration fees have to paid on 6.5 lakh.

A. No. It should not be a problem. You can file an affidavit stating that you changed your name post the purchase of the property in question and attach evidence in the form of IDs to prove the same. Will not be a property.
The same can be specifically mentioned in the sale deed to protect your legal interests.
