A. 100 rupees stamp paper might be only for making sale deed. Sale deed is made on many types of papers. It can be made on society/registrar papers.
but in registrar office, the sale deed is registered and at that time stamp duty and registration fees have to paid on 6.5 lakh.

A. No. It should not be a problem. You can file an affidavit stating that you changed your name post the purchase of the property in question and attach evidence in the form of IDs to prove the same. Will not be a property.
