A. Just get the fair value MARKET selling PRICE with the HIGHEST & LOWEST Current market rate of the property . make middle price of HIGHEST & LOWEST Current market rate. You will have to prove that you are having equal rights over the property which is there in the process of selling. the documents mainly the ration card of the same address or any other documentary proof which you are having of the said given address which can be a substantial proof to prove your interest in the property

A. Hi,
You will first have to complain to the police about fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC. You must then intimate the same to your local land authority.
You can then file a suit in civil Court for declaration of title.
