A. Gift deed Execution documents can ONLY be executed at the Sub Registrar office where the property is situated. As you stated can it be done at Legal heirs residence is straight NO, it CANNOT be done at the Legal heirs residence. All the Legal heirs have to be present at Sub Registrar office where the property is situated along with their KYC.
