A. Immediately send legal notice to the bank by asking them why your property is not eligible, so has the Bank financed on illegal property. As per my knowlege you must NOT have filled the PMAY (pradhanmantri awas yojna ) subsidy form at time of applying for the loan. Also you must NOT have a female name in PMAY (pradhanmantri awas yojna ) subsidy loan, as if there is female name in applicant or Co-applicant such application CANNOT get rejected.

A. Yes, She can claim it anytime in ahead. Make sure you close all the accounts or SIP & make all it in your Parents Name etc. Try to keep minium property in your Name OR you can keep it in your's Name jointly with Mother Or Father.
