Can a Father sell his ancestral property to his one of the sons without consent of other legal heirs?
A.No, he cannot. File a suit for cancellation of such sale.

A.No, all sons by birth have a right to the ancestral property. They already have a share. However, the share of the father ONLY can be relinquished in favour.
Otherwise, all the other sons do have a right to the property and their consent is to be taken before selling ancestral property .

A.No, incase of ancestral property the father CANNOT sale this property to one of the sons without consent of other legal heirs. Immediately sent him a Legal Notice by a lawyer & take your rights
