I have a separate bank account and it is opened before marriage now i am investing an sip from that self bank account .can my wife claim from my self investent after or during divorce?

A.Yes, She can claim it anytime in ahead. Make sure you close all the accounts or SIP & make all it in your Parents Name etc. Try to keep minium property in your Name OR you can keep it in your's Name jointly with Mother Or Father. Also make sure incase of JOINT NAMES keep your Name in 2nd Position with your parents.

A.Yes, Your wife can claim your all type property. Property acquired only by you.
