I have started building my house in layout. According to map I have started my construction but neighborhood person claiming my property. And there is one land missing in old layout. Now they have stopped my construction work by giving complaint to concellor and commissioner. How to fight against them. If one plot went to road, what court will decide.
A.1) Where is your plot located in which city, state, village, you are not mention..??
2) .what kind of map are you having for the construction purpose?? have you taken the necessary orders from the requisite authorities., ??
3) The one map which is missing in the old layout so are you having the layout of the missing land on your records OR the records been destroyed in the tahsildar office ?? .....what is actual stage.. ??
4) nobody can stop the construction work and counselor is not the final authority for it ......do report the matter to the higher authorities and consult a local lawyer for the same... Or provide more information and we can be able to guide you.
