A. In case of ancestral property, all the surviving legal heirs got the right to claim an equal share in the property. and in case of self-acquired property, if left intestate, all the heirs are entitled to an equal share in the property. In the Law of Inheritance, status and right of claim of Ist wife And 2nd wife in deceased property are equal.
