A.Dear Client,

As stated you changed your name in all documents putting therein a new name and now you want to change the old name with your new name in the Deed of Conveyance of the property and other property-related papers. Such a revision in a registered document requires further registration of the document executed by you with the same party from whom you bought the property. In case the seller of the property is available then a fresh Deed of conveyance is required to be made and registered with the Registering Authority on payment of Stamp duty and registration fees on the present MV of the property. So, the task is very difficult but not impossible.

A.Hello,
As per the information you have given if you want to change your name because of a typographical error, then just approach the registrar’s office with proof of the correct spelling of the name and they will correct it.
