After that I cleared the loan by working
Now he is trying to sell the property
Can any way we can stop and hire the property as whole loan cleared by me
A.Dear Sir,
Yes, you may immediately approach any Civil Court and file a suit and get immediate interim injunction restraining your father from selling or otherwise creating charge over the said property.

A.Dear Client,
How can you prove that you repaid the Bank loan on behalf of your father who is the registered owner of the property?
however, still your claim stands based on the nature of property whether it is self-acquired property or ancestral property, In case of ancestral property, you got right to claim your share in the property.
You may take a chance by filing a complaint in Public Grievance Cell of Dist. Magistrate Office concerned explaining all the facts that put you and your family in distress. As an Administrative Head, DM can try to resolve
the problem. You may take a chance.

A.Hello,
As per the information you have given if the property is registered in the name of your father then you have no right to sell the property until and unless it is not a ancestral property. Even in the case of ancestral property you do not get the right itself but you have share in that property as well.
