You may approach the Vasai Court for filing a declaration in this respect but I would advise you to first confirm from the office of Sub-Registrar if the same is needed as although the previous Agreement is not registered but you have all the society and municipal office records in your name and also see if adverse possession basis it can be worked out with office of Sub-Registrar.
