Agreement is valid or not

I have been entered in a agreement with ATC towers for installation of tower on my building for a period of 10 years, agreement done on 15.02.2020. But I have not interest to continue agreement. In this movement they are requested me to attend registration of agreement process. My doubt is the agreement is valid without registration or not.

Any agreement without registration is invalid. You have taken a wise decision because installation of such tower may cause health issues to near by residents. Better get issue a legal notice and avoid registration.

An agreement without registration is not an invalid agreement but it just suffers from defect of applicable stamp fee that was to be paid during the registration. If they wish to take that agreement in court then they can by paying the required stamp duty
