A. 1. you can get typed a few conditions/agreement on the overleaf of the invoice to bound the purchaser,
don't forget to take signature of the business owner/authorised person on the back side,
2. you can enter into a one-time agreement with each buyer for further safety but it will be a time consuming & hectic job,
