A. Hi,
As a member, you have a right to receive and inspect these documents. Serve them with legal notice to produce copies of the same.
If they do not comply, you can file a complaint against them for cheating and fraud under Sections 415 and 420 IPC.

A. Hi,
The procedure to remove/impeach members will be mentioned in its MoA and AoA. If this fails to provide a suitable remedy, then a writ petition may be filed in the High Court as the association is Govt. owned. An order can then be passed preventing the family from assuming control of the association.

A. Hi,
File a civil money recovery suit against them. You can complain to the police about criminal intimidation under Sections 503 and 506 IPC and have the Court pass an injunction order against the functioning of the RWA.

A. Hi,
You might be able to institute impeachment proceedings as per your trust's Memorandum of Association. Yes, he can continue to serve as President if it is consented to by a majority of the society's members. Sections 10 and 11 of the Societies Registration Act allow members to be sued and punished as strangers(to the Society) when they are guilty of some wrongdoing.

A. Hello Sir,
You had to do the task of form filling till the agreement expires, unless you have to pay the amount, if not, they might file a case for the non-performance. You should file an application for altering the aadhar card. Also, a legal action could also be initiated against them for misrepresentation on their part of the contract.

A. The registration of an NGO could be done in many ways
Firstly as a Society under Societies Registration Act.
Secondly as a Company under Company Registration Act.
Thirdly as a Trust under Registration Act
Now the Best and easiest way is Trust under Registration Act.
The fees for Society Registration varies according to different States and even now registration of Company is online.
I personally would prefer to get it registered as Trust.
