Regarding Property dispute.

There's link road on the back side of my land which is under the ownership of PWD department, now in lockdown period PWD is metalling that road which was dirty road (????? ??? ) earlier, now PWD is trying to encroach that land with out my permission, what can i do? Is getting stay order suggestable.
A.Approach High Court through video conference through advocate or some district courts are also entertaining urgent matters.

A.since the land is ownership of PWD, so PWD can use the same. No chances of getting stay

Yes . you should file a writ under article 226 of indian constitution in the high court and obtain a stay as No authority can take possession of private land without following the procedure prescribed under Land acquisition act(THE RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT ACT, 2013).
The act prescribes issue of public notice for acquisition, hearing of aggrieved persons and payment of compensation/allotment of alternative land for such of those persons whose land is intended to be acquired.
