I live in mohali phase 11. We are two sisters, my sis is married & live with her husband. My mom and dad expired. Dad expired just few months ago, he used to say I will register this house on your name bcoz I (my father) am not well but he was expired due to health issue . Now please guide me how can I do registry of my house and regeister it on my name?

A.It appears that your father had no time to write a will, so you better talk with your sister first before trying to do anything drastic like going to Court. If your sister claims a share you have no choice.
