Regarding our land and order from B.D.O. Regarding our land and order from B.D.O.

As per our local B.D.O., to make corona quarantine center, the local bazar will be shifting to our land. (Which is owned by my father and my uncle ). But we fear, even after the situation is over, there is a chance the local venders will not move out from the land. So in this situation, what should we do ?
Contract with govt or anything else ... What's the procedure and best way to handle this ?

A.Under the DM act, the local administrators got the power to deal with the situations. If possible get a letter from BDO that this is temporary and they are using it to counter the requirements only.

After the pandemic situations if local vendors are still continuing you may stop their entry to the property by the following:-

A. a talk,
B. police help,
C. Lastly injunction suits.
