Agricultural land partition

There is an ancestral agriculture land. Four brothers have their names on all property documents. After getting job my father permenently shifted to other place and started our family. My father died in 2005. Then their behavior changed. Grandfather died in 2015. Till now partition of property yet not done. They want favorite land in partition. They do not favour fair partition.The villagers also support them. Me and my brother are studying. We want to settle first and do partition later. Will there be any complications later? what should be done later to sort out this?

A.You should have extensive discussions on the partitions through elders and enter to partition deed, thereafter registration to avoid any issues in the future.

You will be facing a problem if you are not raising any objection or voice against the opposite party.
Kindly approach a civil lawyers and he will guide you towards the right track by filing a suit in the civil court of your city.
You have all the right to get equal proportion of land and the said land has to be equally divide between all the claimants.
